Patterns of attachment and intimacy shape how we connect, communicate, and feel secure in relationships. Difficulties with closeness, trust, or emotional vulnerability can lead to cycles of distance, anxiety, or conflict. Yocelyn provides a supportive and compassionate space to explore these patterns.
Clients work to build trust and develop healthier ways of relating that support emotional safety.
Challenges with boundaries and self-esteem can affect relationships, work, and overall well-being. Difficulty asserting needs, people-pleasing, or self-doubt may leave individuals feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. Yocelyn supports clients in exploring these patterns with care and clarity.
This work helps clients build healthier boundaries, strengthen self-worth, and develop greater confidence.
Healing from trauma is a deeply personal journey, and Yocelyn is here to guide you with care and empathy. Whether you’re struggling with past experiences or recent events, she offers a safe and non-judgmental environment to process emotions, rebuild resilience, and foster inner strength.
Together, you’ll work toward finding peace and reclaiming your sense of self.
